Some FAQ’s

Set up is from 8am, doors open at 10am. The event ends at 7pm. All exhibitors are required to stay for the entire duration.

What are the hours?

There is no parking at Chelsea Town Hall itself however there is some metered parking in the surrounding streets, alternatively there are car parks on Sydney Street and M&S, a few minutes walk down the King’s Road. Unloading of stock takes place at the back of the hall where we will have traffic marshals to help direct cars.

Is there parking at the event?

Are there additional charges?

Aside from parking the only cost is for your event space.

Do shoppers pay to enter?

Entrance is free to all, making it very appealing for passing shoppers.

We provide 1 trestle table for a single or 2 for a double stand and a chair. The table is requested at the time of applying and is included in your cost. Tables are 6ft x 3ft in size. You may prefer to use rails or your own stand, in which case you’ll be allocated the equivalent space. We do not provide table coverings or lighting. The hall is bright and well lit but if you require access to an electrical socket please do let us know so we can try and accommodate you.

What does bBB provide?

Two security guards are present at all times however we, and/or the venue, can not take liability for exhibitor’s stock.

Is there security at the event?

Chelsea Town Hall operate a no dogs policy.
