Beautiful both inside and out 100 Acres

Many of us read food labels but my obsession lies with ingredients to be found in beauty and cleaning products. A magnifying glass is quite often required for this task!

Thankfully the ingredient I’m looking for is relatively easy to spot - Methylchloroisothiazolinone. Try and pronounce that!

It’s a widely used preservative found in many liquid based products; hand soaps, washing up liquids, shampoos and even paints. It’s acid and in its undiluted form would burn your skin - and we cover ourselves in it!

Thankfully there are wonderful brands on the market that feel the same way I do; there is no reason for this or any other nasty additives to be included in products. 100 Acres is one of these and the Blonde and I where thrilled when we discovered them!

The products are made here in the British countryside and inspired by the natural beauty and the botanical diversity found in it. Isn’t that wonderful! All are hand-blended and made in small batches using the botanicals and essential oils renowned for their therapeutic qualities. You can feel the love and care that goes into every bottle.

Now I can relax in the knowledge that my skin and that of my family will be happy for it. And no magnifying glass required!

Love
