Oxford Shopping Event

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Christmas Shopping Event will take place on the Saturday 15th November, 10am - 4pm at the Examination Schools, University of Oxford, 75 - 81 High St, Oxford OX1 4BG. Event set up will be available from 8am.
A SINGLE SPACE is £190, which comprises a 5ft space with access space either side.
A DOUBLE SPACE is £340, which comprises of a 11ft space with access space either side.
All exhibitors must provide a copy of their liability insurance (to a level of cover of at least £5,000,000 per claim) valid at the time of the Event .
The prices referred to above include your table hire and set up costs. The prices exclude table linen, bespoke lighting, clothing rails, extension leads and any other merchandising accessories you might need to enhance your stall. You will be responsible for bringing these and for the merchandising of your stall and also for your own insurance.
Exhibitors are responsible for the parking of their vehicles.
Payments are due by the date specified on the invoice. If payments are not received by the due date it will be assumed that your place is no longer required.
Payments are non-refundable unless we are able to fill your space with a suitable brand.
If bBB are forced to cancel then you will receive a full refund.
Stallholders agree to the use of their images published on their website and social media for our use.
Stallholders agree to subscribing to our Brands only database to receive information relating to events.
